Besides consultations over the phone or through the Internet, for local participants personal consultations are available.
These three hours of consultation could be broken down to three consultation sessions of one hour each, or to six sessions of 30 minutes each, and they should be completed within two months. 
**  This consultation is for non-graduates, and it includes minimum three hours of consultation for the flat fee $150 per person, plus eventually additional hours for the price of $50 per each additional hour. The basic 3 hours could be broken down to three consultation sessions of one hour each, or to six sessions of 30 minutes each, and they should be completed within two months.
Our experience shows that three hours of consultation is the very minimum needed to put a person on a right track towards the goal desired. However, it requires the consultation to be in a form of a work-shop, with a client actively involved in the process of initiating and creating positive changes - it requirers for instance compliting home assignements. If it is necessary, our guidance and cooperation may be extended for additional hours.
Location of the nearest Stress Management Seminar will be announced. It will depend also of the number of participants and predominate place of living, for maximum of your convenience.
